What happened?

So yesterday I asked dad if he has a spare phone I can use for work, because I'm swarmed with calls and not getting an official work phone for a while more. He gave me my brother's old phone. Even after reseting it to factory settings, some stuff remained, including a video of my 14 year old brother recording himself smoking in his room. So do I snitch or nah?

Still haven't snitched because it's his birthday tomorrow and dad has a stressful week at uni. But I'll probably snitch, because I'm a responsible adult and he's 14 going on 15. If he did well at school I'd let it slide but he's super shite at it too.
