However theres a great quantity of coffee bars bistros and related per capita here. You can find "decent" service in any neighborhood. The fuck-off places have their charms, too, especially if you want to take it easy and slow.

These will be smaller places where the server is the waiter, so hes behind the bar and around the tables. also no tips.
