The weather gods are in the sarcastic corner today. OK, so I wasn't flying anyway (had to give my booking to a fellow student pilot for his skill test) but: The whole day, the airfield (and the city) saw a low layer of cloud, and when did it break up? Just before sunset ...

I need a break of luck soon, so I can get my solo navigation flights done!

A bit too early, but I just saw this on FB and I would have forgotten to post it by Thursday...

I edited a video for school in the morning, tried to make it funny but didn't think it was good initially, now having rewatched it at midnight, it's hilarious.

Yes, but most of them die on the west coast. Only the leftovers reach the southeast.

The problem now is a low cloud layer which seems to form at night and dissipates in the late afternoon. Almost like radiation fog, but 1500 feet above the ground. The air mass that has landed on us now is cold, moist and not moving very fast.

When you have something scheduled for 5 PM and keep repeating to yourself that it’s 5, not 6 PM, but at some point your brain decides that it’s 6 PM and you realise at 4:40 that it’s at 5 after all and you’ve got to rush like hell.

I have this art class for 4 weeks and it’s me, 7 women around 40 and one girl my age. Sweet girl, in the process of getting to know her a bit to ultimately ask her out. Checked her FB and turns out she’s in the happiest relationship of the century. Probably married soon, just like the hairdresser girl. Fuckin’ hell...
The struggle is real.

I know your pain. It seems as though every girl I'm interested in too is already in a relationship.
