I've been thinking about what I should do during my week in Florida in December. I'm definitely going to visit the Daytona Beach Speedway at some point and have to be in Orlando at the end of the week as I'm flying home from there. I've also seen that Trans-Siberian Orchestra are playing in Orlando at the start of my week there but I don't know much about them - does anyone know if they're worth going to see? There's also a hockey match on in Orlando at some point, should I go @LooseCannon? I'll try to get to Miami during the week too.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what else I could do in Florida?

I forgot about that actually. It's in the north of Miami, in Fort Lauderdale. However, as a vegetarian I don't think Rock 'N' Roll Ribs is for me.
