Welcome home Wasted! I hope you had a good time.

I like older country music from the 80's and 90's back when it actually sounded like country and not hip hop. Thanks to my dad being a DJ back then, I saw quite a few amazing bands. My 2 favorites were Alabama and Hank Williams Jr. with The Kentucky Headhunters. However, the ultimate experience was seeing the legendary Johnny Cash.

It really sucks that my favorite time of the day is the hours between 3 AM and 7 AM. I naturally gravitate towards staying up in those hours, which is socially inconvenient and physically unhealthy.

I usually sleep from about 7AM-3PM, eat very little until after midnight and have one, big meal for the day. I eat quite slowly and usually have water with my meal though so it's not too bad.

Unless you find work that fits in with your sleeping pattern. If you do, there's probably good money in it.

I have to fix my sleeping pattern and to do so I have go to bed way earlier than the time I'd naturally feel sleepy. Should I get drunk?

Happy Hump Day! :)

I think the 'getting drunk' would be a poor idea if you are wanting good sleep. Getting drunk puts some people to sleep sooner, but then the alcohol breaks down to become sugar (iirc) and makes you sleep fitfully, because the body wants to burn it off. Or, at least, that is how I recall it being explained to me.

I don't really care about a good sleep right now. I went to bed at 1 PM today and woke up at 7 PM, I'm looking to push it back to -at worst- 4 AM tonight.
