It was around late 1993, or very early 1994, when the BBC broadcast it late one night - and as it was on the beeb, it was not PPV. My girlfriend at the time recorded it for me, which was a stroke of luck as I had no idea it was on.

Funny thing was that someone she worked with asked her if she had seen that concert on TV the previous night by *ahem* Led Zepellin? (don't know why she was asked as she did not like that type of music at all).
 
Was that on the Autobahn? Cause it looks familiar, if it is the dude survived the crash thanks to the wonderful advances in car safety technology and of course, wearing his seat belt :D
 
I would not have thought anyone would have survived that - but if the driver did....wow!
