The video version of LAD was filmed at Long Beach on the third night there (the night before the album version was recorded). The set list was the same as sides 1-3 of the vinyl, except that they added Sanctuary at the end ... presumably, the set list was the same the next night ... so in other words, the Hammersmith songs were probably not played at Long Beach on the 4th night.

Yeah, except Stockholm 2003 and Beast Over Hammersmith are the best Maiden live recordings :P
 
Well all I can add to the LAD conversation is that I can't wait for the DVD release with History Part II. :)
 
Talking of the DVD release of Live after Death, it remains to this day the only Maiden official live Video/DVD I have do not own (aside for Raising Hell which I watched on TV once). So I am a tad excited about it - and as it was filmed it on 35mm, I dare say it would look pretty good on my new telly. :D

Albie: You saw Raising Hell on TV? It was on PPV, from what I've read...I saw the You Tube video where Bruce was "killed" in the iron maiden.

Since Bruce's departure was so huge, how did Blaze leave the band? Was he killed in a maiden too?  :P Curious
