Why exactly are the polls resetting?

Because they always do when a new album comes out. I don't know if they will next time - now people can change their votes.

My votes are likely to be drastically different. I had been a Maiden fan for only a year when I voted the first time around. 1 year of listening to 6 years of listening is quite a jump.

That's a shame, daily song threads kept me very interested in the voting process when I had just joined the forum.

Rating the songs out of 10 with consistency might be a bit troubling for me, I've really gotten used to rating stuff out of 5.

That's a lot. How big is your company? Is this worldwide?

Part of a worldwide group, but the staff cut of 260 is in Norway. I think we're a little more than 2000 employees in Norway today.

Thanks. The reason for the delay is probably that a relatively important part of our business is service delivered to operative fields (i.e. we're not exclusively reliant on new projects). But now customers are cutting back on everything.

Last night I counted eighteen slugs & five snails on the path out the back of my flat. This morning they were all gone, except one. Just one massive slug. I think he's all of them.
