As you can see, the weather was on my side for the skiing today.

Yep. Shocking, right? The highest point in the county I come from is 336 meters above sea level.

Generally, the area around the Oslo fjord (i.e. the southeastern part) is relatively flat. But this is a small region.

Also, the Finnmark plateau (far up north, bordering Finland) must be described as flat.

Yup. And I'd guess that a higher percentage of the US population lives above 1,000 metres than what would be the case in Norway. Most people live by or near the coast, or in flat areas and valleys. The highest located town lies at approx. 600 m ASL.

In case you haven't noticed, I kept my posting to a minimum during the last few months. The reason was a massive workload. And the pay I'm billing my employer for February and March is so low that I can only get sarcastic about it. Especially considering what I had to put up with.

Are you underbilling them, or are you simply being paid a terribly low rate?

From NOAA: "What percentage of the American population lives near the coast?"
Answer: 39% on counties directly on the shoreline.

I believe there's studies out there showing we have a huge majority of our population within 100 miles of a coast, and thus at low elevation.

Wopp wopp, I might've gotten a proper job again.

Packing and unpacking PA, lights etc etc, for a big company, and possibly some extra work as a tech. They apparently have more techs than they need (mostly freelance). Could be something in the long run as well, but I'd like to move on to more tech work. But this will do for the time being.
