I don't know if I've got any time off on Friday or Monday yet. I guess I find out when I meet the new boss on Thursday.

I just listened to the sound recordings on my phone. One was from the Sabaton show last Friday. Two were of me playing the first riff in Raining Blood. But the oldest one I just couldn't remember. It was a recording of someone doing some really impressive shredding and myself exclaiming something to the effect of "bloody hell". It took me some time to link that I had recorded it during my last trip to London, and then recall that it was a guy playing at Piccadilly Circus Underground Station. Now that I think of it, that guitarist was really good. He could easily have been lead guitarist in a band (for all I know, he is).

I was going to change my avatar for April Fools Day, but this forum won't allow a gif. So I'll post it here instead. This would be my avatar today if possible:

It's Spring...

I do like spring skiing. Needs the right balance between not-too-cold and not-too-slushy. Tough to find, but if you get that balance, it's a great day. Enjoy, and stay safe.

I live in Norway. It's winter. :D

No, honestly, it's spring now. But there was mixed hails and snow when I drove back home. The snow conditions at the resort were great near the top, a bit more slushy near the bottom, but there were plenty of pistes to choose from in the upper section anyway.

It was quite funny driving back to Oslo in the afternoon, seeing the usual Easter exodus from the city in the opposite direction (today is the last work day for most people before Easter, and many go to the mountains and stay until Monday).

Now in 4wd cars, loaded with wine, meat and other stuff they can brag about to their neighbours.

Honestly, the humble cabins that people used to have are becoming more rare every year, and mountain cabins has become the #1 way for wealthy people to show off their fortune to people around them. I am seriously starting to worry how this people is going to handle bad times the next time they come our way.

After coming home, I can't find my bank card ... and I know I used it in a store on my way back home, and 99% sure I still had it when I parked my car. Meaning it should be somewhere in the apartment, but I can't find it. Either I'm senile, or I'm blind, or ... :help:

Losing a bank card sucks. Hope you find it Wingman.

It does. Thanks.

What makes me so sure I have it somewhere at home, is that I'm also missing my ski keycard (used to get access to the lifts at ski resorts), and I know I didn't take that out of my pocket until I was home. Therefore I think I took them both out at the same time, and put them in the same place. But I can't recall where!

Found both cards . Had for some reason put them on a chair in my hall ... underneath some stuff that has been lying on that chair for weeks! Seriously, wtf?

Anyway, I'll have a beer to celebrate.
