Perhaps it's not the same thing, but out here you can retake college entrance exams as much as you want. Then you just choose the scores you want to send to universities. Of course you have to pay every time you take them and it's not cheap.

Completely different system here. Every student in the nation takes the first exam at the same time. Then you enter the exam of your field in the second exam. Also done nationally at the same time. There's no repeat or sending scores to universities involved.

That's too bad you can't retake it. Well, hopefully you do get into a good school after all is said and done.

I'm a bit of an idealist when it comes to my education, if I don't get into the best public school department, I won't go to university this year and take the exams next year, despite being able to get into a lot of good schools with the success level on this one. Which probably would work the best for me because I've got a lot of health issues going on, a break year can help me start university without the stress of those health issues.
