Some people just make you lose faith in humanity in an entirely new way, that's just.... seriously??

I also can't believe he was defending them, even if he has different perceptions (struggling to think of right word) for social things, he seemed to have a decent grasp of what was happening, and yet defends them :/ If they hadn't pleaded guilty I'd be wondering if he hadn't actually volunteered the way he commented on it :s Even if he had, that's still just.... wrong on so many levels.

Ya, it's hard to say for sure what exactly what went down as far as that's concerned. If anyone ever did anything like that with my brother Ben, they would be serving a sentence from me that I can't into details about on here.

The thing is that, depending on the style of autism, some people with it aren't capable of giving consent, and it seems like the poor fellow in this case is one of those sorts. Legally, he can't say yes.

Legally, he can't say yes.

That seems to be the key, he feels he said yes but legally he can't. Even if he did consent, there is still a matter of animal abuse and, because they filmed it and he was 15, child pornography.

Either way, the whole thing is just wrong in so many ways.
