That's awesome! If that were me, I'd probably open it so I could look through it but it's entirely up to you on what you want to do. Maybe if possible, open the plastic in such a way that you could easily slide the book back in for safe keeping?
 
Watching movies, playing Mario kart, installing software, listening to the sweet crackle of vinyl. Hot cup of coffee in hand. A good Xmas!

That's kind of what happened. But doesn't change the fact that Santa crapped the bed on this one. Good thing these were only stocking stuffers, the girl had a good haul otherwise.

I know that feeling!! I kinda swung and missed on my youngest this year...

In other news, kids went to their mom's house for the afternoon, so I finished Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars and am having a TNG marathon now :)

So, the preparations for the big family dinner begin. This means hours of sitting around uselessly, waiting for orders and hoping things won't end in fighting and shouting. Gah!
 
No, I mean 'can you get me something from the basement' or 'move this table' only to move it back twenty minutes later, or my dad telling me to do something only to have my mom yell and say that's the precise thing that should not have been done... you know, preparations for family gatherings.
 
Hehe I see, that kind of ordering! Hope all goes well.

I had that yesterday but the atmosphere was fine although a discussion with different opinions on how to deal with pedosexuals went on in a sharp tone (and thankfully didn't overshadow the rest of the evening ;-).
