I was just about to make a post when......

MY FLAMING SCREEN WENT PALE BLUE.

There was nothing I could do but shut it down and restart. :(

What I was going to say is that.....

I forgot (can't have been that important).

My PC is OK now, what I got was not the dreaded Microsoft induced blue screen (I hate them also), but possibly more to do with the driver for the screen (or worse, its a hardware issue - I have a laptop). The PC still functions behind it, but you can't see what you're doing.

And yes, ___no5, restart is only 7 letters - but I can still forget things in that time. Have you ever gone into the kitchen and totally forgot what you went in there for? :D

Yes! I do that all the time! Especially at work...I go into the cooler looking for a loaf of lunchmeat, and I'm like, "What did I come in here for?"

I am now listening to X Factor for the first time...I like it so far  :D

one time I found myself in Amsterdam,
and it was impossible to remember not just why but also how I got there

it's very strange

Procol Harum....I've heard of them..there's a song that's played on the radio (classic rock station) over here by them....can't remember what it's called...*can't think of any other songs when Maiden's playing!"  :D

one of the top 5 (or 10) more commercial singles ever
their only #1 single (for six weeks in UK, 1967)

I'm a huge Harum's fan, especially their first era (first 5 albums) with the giant Robin Trower in guitars

When I first met him, he was a complete Hendrix nut and he loved Robin Trower and Santana, but I think he likes more blues based stuff these days.

That is a different ball game altogether than forgetting what you went into the kitchen for. Quite strange. ;)

I would love to find myself front row at the next Maiden show...and then find myself chatting with the band!!

 *Keep dreaming, honey!*

..BACK TO SUBJECT : has H met Robin Trower ? How HUGE is Robin Trower ? How HUGE is Procol Harum ?

I don't know if they have meet each other, but is possible

he was an idol for Murray, according to H, this is sure

I like a lot some of Trower's personnal works, but I prefer him when he was with Harum....
because his works are more guitar oriented, while in Procol Harum we have some other
HUGE personalities as Gary Brooker (voice, piano), Mathiew Fisher (organ), B.J Wilson (drums)
...and finally, Keith Raid -LYRICS

PH, it was possibly the only rock group to have a member JUST TO WRITE LYRICS and nothing else.....HUGE!!

Procol Harum are an English rock band, formed in the 1960s, who built a heavy foundation for what would become progressive rock. They are best known for their hit single "A Whiter Shade of Pale", though they have had a devoted cult following throughout their career.
