I went to see a band called Hairball. They are kinda like an 80's tribute band. The lead singer dresses like whoever they are covering. Kiss, journey, Alice Cooper, Ratt and more. Was fun! ... For me

So I randomly found myself judging a battle of the bands last night at a historic theatre in downtown Tucson. It was for a fundraiser thrown by police officers to benefit needy children in the community. 4 out of the 5 bands had members who were cops, guess which band won?

Exactly. I felt bad about it, but the best band should win; not the band that features two police officers who helped organize the event. If they truly stand for justice, they'll understand.

Yep, that was my attitude. It was the first year of the event and had little promotion, so I don't think they raised too much, but it was a good time all around.
