Really. I didn't want to bore you guys with excruciating details but I've managed to turn around lots of things in the last couple of months. I've come to peace with myself. I even like the way I look nowadays, taking care of myself and dressing well and all. I'm a pretty cool guy, you know. I'm very active, hanging out with people almost every day. I work out, I study, I express my opinions, I laugh lots and lots of times each day and actually I've got a girlfriend. :p

I think we should never overlook the awesomeness of the forum!

Now, I'm going to play some Heaven and Hell while I decide which to do. Fix a crappy printer for a crabby user, or fix a crappy pc for a crabby user....hmmmmm :)

I don't see you telling anybody what to do when a murderous orangutan goes ravaging through the city streets.

So what *do* you do when a murderous orangutan goes ravaging through the city streets? (Other than the obvious running away.)

I'll tell you what not to do: When everybody's shouting at you, even if you can't speak French and can't explain, don't like a fool run away. However, if you do end up having to get away from the law because all of France is looking for you, you'll have to find your way across the border for sure, down the south to Italy.

There has been severe pain in the tibia of both of my legs for about a week or so. Why do you think that happens? A growth spurt, maybe?

I'm certainly not qualified to make any sort of judgement on that The Flash and as far as I know there isn't anyone on the forum who is either. I recommend you ask someone who knows what they're talking about. :P

I'd go with that.

do you run often? Is it more muscle or more bone? I will sometimes get some good pain there from running...I've been told that sometimes an air pocket can from by the muscle along the shin and cause pain (I think that's what I had). Also, strange things can happen and a compression fracture can occur, but if its both, i'm betting either growing pains or shin splints.

Could be a grow spurt, or maybe you're wearing the wrong shoes.

Doubt it's the shoes, it's been a while since I've worn the same ones.

I will, this weekend.

I'd go with that.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I do think it's shin splints because the pain only gets severe after a good hour of running. If it's actually growing pains I wonder how further am I gonna grow considering I'm already 6'2'' (1.88).

If its after an hour of running, it is very likely shin splints. So, first, you can get a compression wrap to wear while running, that can help. Second, when you are done, RICE -Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Also, you can do some exercises where you get an empty paint can, hang it off your toes and lift it up and down with only your foot.
