That was annoying!  :D

It's been favorited over 1600 times?

Thanx Raven

YouTube is full of morons.  Mention them to Blackie, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to wax lyrical concerning certain modern death metal bands... :innocent:

I never got into death metal, my hubby has a few Godsmack CDs, that's about as far as I'll go. I like maybe 2 or 3 songs by them. After a while it all sounds the same

My husband is 15 years older than me, and he grew up with the Bugs Bunny/Roadrunner show
The guy is as old as me. :D

Yep, I recall many a day watching the old Roadrunner/Bug Bunny/Tom & Jerry stuff when it was on our TV screens a lot more often than it does now. But Magic Roundabout had the edge. ;)

He's 41...I met him in college. He was a displaced worker and was offered to go back to school.

He loved Speed Racer too! I got him Speed Racer DVDs for Christmas, I watched them w/him, it was a great Jap anime show back in '66  :D

Uhh, I don't know if you're implying that Godsmack are about as heavy as you go, but from what I know, they are a million miles from death metal.  Try listening to some Opeth...Damnation is an entirely acoustic album, and Blackwater Park has a large mix between clean vocals and harsh vocals, so it's easy to get into and break down your preconceptions about harsh vocals.

Can I just say, this topic is turning a tad serious. Time for a little light hearted banter.

I'll let someone else start. :D

*confused* what happened?

In between drooling over pics of H's mullet, whoever created that site claimed he was kicked out (or left) after Somewhere in Time.  Stop salivating and pay attention! :P
