Isn't that essentially a Jeep?

Yeah, it's a WW2-era military jeep, named so because the seats have the shape of large buckets, a German word for which is "Kübel". However, there is also a colloquial verb "kübeln", which means "to puke", and the compound "Kübelwagen" can therefore also be taken to mean "puking car".
