Don't know. Surely one of my favourite songs. Maybe they couldn't pull it off. The vocals sound quite demanding (even for Halford).

One of my faves also, Painkiller is one of the few albums I can listen to 30 times and not get bored of it. They are also great live (the instruments at least), the guitars are so perfectly played and everything is cool. And I have to say I love their solos on Painkiller (the title song, One Shot at Glory, Between the Hammer... etc.).
