I'd stay off Arabian horses if at all possible. Lovely animals, very beautiful and loyal, but they have a habit of being easily startled and can run extremely fast! My only riding injury was a sprained wrist through falling off a partbred Arabian

Interesting.. But I guess if I go to riding school they'll give me a calm one.. It would be a pity to be on the spot and ride something else. How's your wrist now?? You keep riding??

A decent riding school should put you on something calm, yes. Not all Arabians are fiery, either. I've ridden a laid-back, quiet one before, too.

Enjoying a glass of vodka grapefruit with Davis' Kind of Blue..
I'm already gone. Waiting for the guy of the laundry to pick up my winter cloths. It's been more than 2 years without winter at all.
Tomorrow last day of work, then weekend and then 3 weeks of north Italy.

I'm very tired, too. Have worked very intensively the last two months. It pays off now, but I'm tired.
...
Kind of Blue is a safe solution when I want something decent & calm.. Bitches Brew in the queue.

Today I realised there's only 2 and a half weeks till the school holiday begins. What a good surprise. It lasts only a week though.

Now you may not find it much but believe me, when you'll start to work and have 4 or 5 weeks for a whole year times lots of years, you'll appreciate the power of the weak week ;)

Yes! Rush coming to Vancouver on July 26. It's a Friday and I am so there.
Haven't seen them in person since the Presto tour.
