Hehe, the status is pretty much the same as what I posted here. ;)

Fair enough! Maybe I'll just hafta 'like' your status. I was going to comment something like "Per's new dining line, Heavy Metal plastic forks" (since it looks like Dio's devil worship sign)

Here comes the usefulness of Facebook.

I'm not sure.. How many days you can stay in a Facebook buddy before he starts making you feeling uncomfortable?? Four?? Five?? Hardly.
On the other hand, wondering around from apartment to apartment for some time, it can have its advantages: You'll meet a lot of people, lots of informations & tips and maybe you'll find something awesome!

So is my IT room cliche? I've got a wall of monitors on one side, and the desk under them is full of papers, keyboards, granola bars, girl scout cookies cords, cables, and tools. I've got a Boba Fett clock hanging from the shelf above my monitors, a plant that is trying to die, a Chewbacca bobble head, a superman lunch box and my own desk full of papers, cd's tools and pens. The room itself is full of broken computers and monitors, boxes, printers, pizza boxes, chairs stacked with stuff, laptops laying all around... I just don't clean well.

But I am playing some UFO right now.

I might missed something but.. you're an IT guy now Wästed??

I asked people if they know of some place to live in. For a while doesn't satisfy me in this case.

Gotcha. If I were you I would ask for some hospitality. Like I said, many people come and go in young people's apartments & the more people you meet, the more tips for a good opportunity you get.

No I was here. I remember LC praising you because back in 2006 you knew few things about PCs. I also remember that you were out of job at one point, but IT??

Wästed my friend, you are really great! :ok:

Yeah, he was pretty happy I was able to do that. Loosey, and all the tech guys on this forum were good inspiration!

I had been in and out of the motorcycle industry for about 15 years. after two layoffs, I decided to find a career that was a little more 'market stable'. I'd been kinda looking at doing IT stuff when we lost one of our manufacturers at my last bike shop, so when I got laid off, I took advantage of the Workforce Investement Act to get some training and get certified. I did that from Jan 2010 to June 2010, then stumbled across this job. Love it!!

Yeah I kinda remember when you hadn't have a job and you were studying something. Then I thought you went back in University for some Master degree or so..

Being myself such, I appreciate the people that have the strength to change. Especially after 30, it's a balls challenge.

Patience, Child. When you'll be tranquil lying on your sofa this Sunday, myself I will work. Always see the bright side of life, Child.

Whaat. It's only noon there?? OMG. Your pause I guess, huh??
