Speaking of weather, this clip of Jimmy Kimmel (U.S. talk show host) talking about the "cold snap" hitting Los Angeles this week is absolutely spot-on. It's been a long time since I lived in Chicago, and I've definitely gotten soft, but some of the people here in L.A. are really wimps about what is only mildly chilly weather.

My buddy lives in Arizona and he said that it got so cold that the city water pipes froze. We don't worry about that here, but I guess there, they aren't buried very far.
