Awesome!

Once again, I'm in an 80's hair metal mood. Even better, some Monster Ballads. they just make me smile! :)

She was pretty good at sliding around on her knees in the Kiss Me Deadly video...:innocent:

That video had everything a hard rock MTV video needed in the 80s. Fire, ice, gigantic wind machines....:D

Ride The Lightning rules, best Metallica album. The last before they went off the deep end with long songs and such. None of the songs on RTL have that problem.

I didn't have to work today fortunately, but I had an appointment with friends, and I made that post 45 minutes after I was supposed to be there. No problems fortunately, but they were all in stitches.

Ride the Lightning is one of the best albums of all-time, easy. Master of Puppets is magnificient but a bit overrated, only third favorite of mine. (Justice is my second and one of my favorites of all-time lyric wise)

The new Halford live in London cd is excellent. And quite raw. The toms aren't triggered at all, so there is some quite unforgiving old school cymbal bleed in spots, but whatever. You'd better go get it before it goes out of print when Rob reclaims control of Metal God Entertainment. :D

Edit: I knew it! Just checked the booklet. Executive producer: John Baxter (Halford's longtime manager he fired about 7-8 months ago). Surprised that Roy Z's in on it too though (producer). Because I can't believe that Rob would've sanctioned this (since Baxter's fired, Rob hasn't said a word about this release. Although the usual people are involved though... Attila Juhasz too, so what do I know?)

It's funny how the big things in life don't always bother you as much as the little ones. I didn't mind paying 200+ Euros in bills today, but I'm really pissed off at the fact that I'm making pasta right now and have no oregano for the tomato sauce. I guess I'll have to compensate with some of that extra hot Thai chili sauce.
