Canon (with one 'n'): A type of musical composition (among other definitions).

Cannon (with two 'n's): A piece of artillery.

The Yaxerprise has entered the Natalan space once again. We are now in posession of a new weapon. The Blach Dragon, a newley developed plasma gun. The Natalan's now have no choice but to accept our peace treaty.

What the Yaxerprise does not know is that we have created two sub-divisions in space as part of our new defense system. The Yaxerprise sees a planet that might be Natala, but then again it might simply be a mirage in space. We will not succumb to the Yxians!

It's a nickname for Arsenal football club.  Similarly, West Ham are known as the 'Hammers'...hence 'Up the Hammers!', which Steve used for Maiden.
