I'm Aad, born on the 4th of July, and that timing did not have any influence. ;P

edit:
... and not because she was born in Denmark, land of the Danes? ;)

BTW, my name is Magnus, which is a quite popular name in Norway, but has not been used much in the family before. I think it hit a peak in popularity around 1980 after the then Crown Prince of Norway (the current King Harald V) named his son Haakon Magnus.

My brother's name Jørgen was given him in order to succeed a series of names starting with J: My father's name is Jon, his father's name was Jacob and his father's name was Johan.
A collegue of mine is married with someone from Norway. Their son is called Magnus as well.

Whoa, this place goes crazy when I'm gone for just one day!

All kinds of kid names and person names and family issues and here I am.

So-- I have three kids, Kevin, Monica and Cecilia (just good old normal North American names).

Ariana, advice is a hard thing to get, because every one acts/feels/ sees things differently. The best thing I can tell you is to sit down and really think about what you want. The best thing I was ever told is a marriage is like a tennis match, if you change the way your serve/return the ball, the other person must change the way that they receive/return it. Keep that in mind-- tho it's hard.

In other news, a great day! I spent it off, goofing, and hanging out with my best friend. Now, I'm playing some Black Ops II and eating pizza cus I'm bored :)

Although I'm kinda jealous of this guy

You put the accent on the first syllable, and I don't think it sounds similar to anything close to vagina. But I'm not sure here, I left Ukraine like 14yrs ago and my russian didn't improve (much) since then.

(By the way... THE CURSE IT LIVES ON IN THEIR EEEEEEYYEEEES)

I think I can imagine how it sounds in Russian, and even though it wouldn't sound like the English pronounciation of vagina, it would sound quite similar to the Norwegian pronounciation. But now back to the telly and Reading vs Man Utd. 3-4 at half time!
