There was an audition for the choir at my daughter's kindergarten today. She volunteered and was asked to sing a song of her choice. She sang "No More Lies". :D While the teacher was telling me the story, she seemed to be finding this extremely funny but I'm so proud of my little metalhead.

Freaking awesome!

Today is time for another Norwegian tradition; premature yule-tide drinking and eating. Every company, work-place and organization has one some time during the last month or so before Christmas. It is called "julebord" and it is hazardous to the liver.

This is inspiring. Stellar parenting!

Gonna listen to DoD in its entirety. Haven't done that in a long time.

The company I work for has a Christmas party a couple weeks before Xmas. It's a dinner and open bar for the first few hours, then a dj plays music and there is dancing and more drinking. A very fine evening.

I might enjoy my job more if we did things like that during the holidays. I mean, we'll have in work lunches or whatever but nothing like Christmas parties where drinking is involved.
