Are we talking the original Captain Scarlet, or the pale imitation they have tried recently using CGI? You just cannot beat the puppets with their stilted movement or the close ups of their hand - only for it to be a real hand!

But yes, Captain Scarlet was good fun.

And of course I mean the real Captain Scarlet! I have never seen the CGI one and never plan on... the bastids ruining what was once great. <_<

Nothing is sacred anymore, Transformers has been corrupted by this Armada, Energon and Cybertron malarkey and the new film that gets worse and worse looking as the filming continues (nothing like the original cartoon). Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has a new look cartoon apparently thats absoloute shite.  <_< :mad:

Because when kids grow up, they want to capture and rework their favourite childhood series.  Unfortunately, they ignore the cliched (yet true) aphorism, 'If it ain't broken, don't fix it'...and so they bugger our fond memories of it up.
