did you do a file search to see where that file is sitting? you could do that, then remove it (also scan the registry for the rlls part)... thats kinda a cheap way to do it, but you just hafta be careful.

I reitd a spyware software, the fucking thing died while installing.
I'm downloading Spybot now, that's the big gun. I'll try manually deleting it, but I doubt it'll work.
Will probably just prevent me from launching any programs at all.
Well, it didn't come up at the search, so I just looked it up myself.
There was a new locked directory in program files that I couldn't delete, so I booted the pc in safe mode and deleted the crap out of it. I think that's the end of that.

Anyway, you're welcome, Mega. Something to know, if you are 'infected' with something, typically it won't let you install a program to remove it... so you have to do it manually, or, you hafta pull the hard drive, slide it into another pc as a second drive, and scan it from there. ...or reformat
