Good idea.....What could it be about?
Possibly about the destabilising nature of world macro-politics at the moment. We know how Steve is highly interested in that sort of thing.
Perhaps it will be even longer than Empire and Bruce will rave about it being Steve's masterpiece. Although Steve has already written loads of masterpieces.
