I relistened to it 2 days ago and it's really boring! (and I had only had listened twice since the release date) My goodness, what were they thinking?! The lyrics have absolutely nothing interesting and relevant about Nostradamus or his premonitions. The music is boring as fuck, too. There's about 5 interesting songs, but none will be remembered as great Priest songs.

There's about 3 songs of Nostradamus which could be a concurrent for one of the current top 10 songs. At least, in my book. :)

Listening to the first disc right now. There are dull moments and good moments, but this far I haven't heard any songs that I feel beat the top 10. Listening to Pestilence and Plague just now, and that one is the one that has impressed me most so far. Cool that the chorus is in Italian  :D


OK, after one listen I've picked out a few songs I think stand above the rest. The remaining 9 I'll vote out in numerical order, starting from the top. First 3 to get the boot from me:

Dawn of Creation, Prophecy, Awakening.

Lol, that's a funny coincidence indeed. But most intros on this album I find less boring than "War".

That's not simplicity.  The best tracks are at the beginning of the CD.
