Well, as for Storytelling/Rime coat, Bruce actually mentioned that himself in the second show of the tour.

The footage of Trooper in the video is from the US - maybe from the Anaheim concert (2 nights) with the great performances.
I have to say that Bruce's stage costume is really fitting for Hallowed and NOTB.

PS: Too bad this terrible picture is used so often, from the time when Steve's third arm had not been surgically removed yet.
