That close battle amazes me e nor mous ly.
I wonder when these Unbeliever voters (unbelievers!
) have played it for the last time.
Such a strong and original song, amazing really. I guess some people can't stand its relatively complex nature.
I find everything on it better than TAATG:
- The mid section is hard to beat.
- The solos (a really, really cool pair of back to back solos) give me the shivers everytime I hear them.
- Blaze (check how he gives it all in the chorus).
- Probably even the lyrics as well.
In this match I am not even going to complain over TTATG's repetitiveness.
Apart from that, The Unbeliever is simply more exciting.

Well, I think the midpiece of The Unbeliever is the only really great part of the song. The instrumental break which introduces the chorus is also good. But compared to TAATG, I agree that Blaze's delivery is also better. The lyrics are also more interesting.

Crap, right now it doesn't seem that way anymore. Revelations has overtaken Powerslave (something which is beyond me).
