Yeah, imagine if they tried to fit the genetic coding of a finger into an analogue cord!

Whoa.  cfh, drag-- but props for manning up to get it done.

Loosey....I don't even know what to say.  ;)

Nearly 40 and been following Maiden since Live After Death was originally released, Aces High Live was my first Maiden experience and I have not looked back, I love the way they have a more mature prog sound now, still love listning to the classics though and I was born around when the Jimi Hendrix album 'Rainbow Bridge' was released so thats cool!!  :shred:

well, this is my 1st post, so hopefully this works. i saw someone say that one of them would be surprised that there are -14 fans out there. according to the poll, i am the only one (that did the poll) turned 13 a few months ago. YAY.

I am 42 and I first saw Maiden in 11/09/1984 for the World Slavery Tour celebrating Powerslave. It was in the old Glasgow Apollo and it was my first ever proper gig. Happy Days! I was 15.

It was a great time being a teen in the 80's. I know I'm biased but to me that's when the best bands were at their peek. Maiden did album/tour every year back then so you always had their tour and album to look forward to. Even out and about there were lots of rock pubs and clubs around. It's also a shame 'cos there were lots of great rock bands playing in local pubs who didn't make it due to the British Music Industry's snobbery towards OUR music. A hell of a lot of immense talent went to waste in those days. The Maiden stuck to their guns and defo deserve every award and acclaim they've ever received. They would have had a lot more if the BMI had been a bit more "honest"!

Yeah, I mean some time in the future I'd still like to go to a Maiden concert, but I don't think it could compare to a concert... Let's say Powerslave era. Maiden are still doing great, I just personally think the 80's would've been better.

I just honestly think I would've been a happier kid in the 80's. Plus aside from Steve(he's pretty much the same) the guys looked a lot better back then. Not saying they are old or ugly or anything like that, I just think they were better looking about 30 years ago.
