13. No, he wasn't from Australia...Was the person in question from Australia?

Don't despair, you have plenty of guesses left!
Actually, I'm not sure if I can answer that the way it's worded. There's an assumption in that question.Does this man come from a country in any part of the Americas (including islands) or Oceania (Australia not included) where the official language is not a Latin language?
I edited my last answer Wingman; not sure if you posted before reading it.Jamaica?

Do you still want "Jamaica?" to be answered?
But if I tell you, that might reveal something (however small) about the country in question...Obviously not. First, I need you to clarify which assumption you mean my question implies.
The problem has nothing to do with geography. The question you asked assumes (the latter part of it) that countries only have one official language. Try rewording it.Again my problem. If I pose my question badly, and your yes/no answer provides less information than I hoped for, I need to ask another question.
14. Yes!Does this man come from a country in any part of the Americas (including islands) or Oceania (Australia not included) where a Latin language is not an official language?
15. No, he wasn't a musician...Was he a musician?
Indeed. So not a musician, not a scientist, not primarily an author and not a politician.
16. Yes, he was an athlete...Was it an athlete?
We have been using the word "was" a lot. But we have not yet asked, is this person still alive?
