Let's entertain the thought and try to see what it could mean.

Could it be a date? The seventh of March? (3rd of July is too far out)

Or maybe 7 songs off of Senjutsu and 3 songs off of SIT. Not familiar with the clubs, so I don't know if they are associated with specific numbers.

That's because Twitter embeds don't show the whole picture. If you click on it you can see the score.
Can someone screenshot the follows (or copy/paste them)? I don't have a Twitter account, so I can't see them.

If that's indeed a Maiden tease and all of this is not just a combination of a Twitter hoax and people reading too much into things, then I'd assume it'd be related to some sort of release from the tour. Maybe they found enough bits and pieces in just good enough quality that they had Kev fix up the audio and whoever else resurrect the video. Otherwise it makes zero sense he'd be involved in it.

If this whole lead-up is actually just for some live release with maybe some adaptations (SIASL, WY, ATG for example) to the Senjutsu setlist then everything starts to seem more reasonable. No "theme" for the tour or anything, just a cool thing they know fans will be really pleased with.
