Another interesting fact about the band in the clue #2 is that it's made of six members, like Maiden. This band was active from the end of the 70's until the middle of the 80's, then from 2005 until now...

If you're saying the name of the band from clues #1 and #2 is also the name of one of the band's songs and the name of the mystery Maiden song, that would seem to narrow things down a hell of a lot, and yet I can't find anything that fits.
