Guess The Iron Maiden Song!

Communication Breakdown
Correct ! :) (thank you, @Magnus ... who had found it but didn't want to be bothered with coming up with clues :D )

Clue #1: full of alcoholic speed
< it was indeed a reference to Annihilator's "Road to Ruin" // "you drive me to ruin"
Clue #2: some kind of monster
< this film about Metallica (2001-2004) narrates their difficulties to communicate.
Clue #3: n°1 on 12
< "Communication Breakdown" was featured on the 12 inch version of "Bring Your Daughter... To The Slaughter", which topped the charts.
Clue #4:

< no Internet = a breakdown in communication(s)
Clue #5: This song has never been played live by Iron Maiden. < self-explanatory
Clue #6: • • • — — — • • • < the Morse code that spells "SOS" < a reference to the Hindenberg blimp that appears on the cover of Led Zeppelin I, where this song is from.
Clue #7: 1969 < the year Led Zeppelin I was released.
Clue #8: This song really sounds like they didn't know how to finish. < (subjectively?) self-explanatory
Clue #9: This song is a cover. < self-explanatory

Your turn, @The_7th_one. :)

Thanks Magnus for that.

Bonus clue: This song is not “Juanita”

I was only politely pointing out to @TheMercenary that Black Bart Blues, being no cover, clearly contradicted Clue #9, indicating some kind of a communication problem.
I do realize that might not sound entirely convincing.
Kudos for the Annihilator clue, and all the small extra clues such as strategical likes, "Yes... and no" etc. btw :ok:

Her name is Marie Kondo, she's helping people organize things. She has the whole "does this item spark joy" shtick.
Maybe Cross Eyed Mary? But she isn't cross eyed and her name is spelled a different way.
