Guess The Iron Maiden Song!

Clue 1: “Civil War Trilogy”
Clue 2: All we have to do now, is take these lies and make them true somehow.
Clue 3: I was cutting the rug down at a place called The Jug with a girl named Linda Lou, when in walked a man with a gun in his hand, and he was looking for you-know-who.
Clue 4: Ah yes, the classic “Nice Guy”.
Clue 5: Gonorrhea?
Clue 6: “(Take These) Chains”.
Clue 7: Oh god, I don’t wanna see Ben Shapiro jump out of the bushes now.
Clue 8: Baby step back, baby step back, either step up or step back.
Clue 9: A young man now in a private chair, I’ve seen the world through a bitter stare.
Clue 10: Ooh, another time another place, another smile on another face.
Clue 11: Legit starting to think this song is about Jack the Ripper.
Clue 12: Clues 1-10 take it line by line but unfortunately the song gets a bit repetitive afterwards.
Clue 13: I guess you could say that this song ignited ‘Arry’s mission.

So, your last clue is about Allentown's show in 1983. Nicko drums solo happened after the guitar solo and To Tame A Land. So, is To Tame A Land, the right song to guess ?

Burning Ambition
Correct!

Clue 1: “Civil War Trilogy”
“So you think you can own me.” The American Civil War was fought to free slaves.

Clue 2: All we have to do now, is take these lies and make them true somehow.
“…well you better just think again.” Lyrics taken from George Michael’s “Freedom ‘90”.

Clue 3: I was cutting the rug down at a place called The Jug with a girl named Linda Lou, when in walked a man with a gun in his hand, and he was looking for you-know-who.
“You better watch your step, now, woman.” Lyrics from Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Gimme Three Steps”.

Clue 4: Ah yes, the classic “Nice Guy”.
“Cuz I ain’t like those other men.” Classic incel line (and then they go and objectify the fuck out of women).

Clue 5: Gonorrhea?
“There’s something burning inside me.” Maybe an STD.

Clue 6: “(Take These) Chains”.
“That makes me want to be free.” The lifting of chains represents freedom.

Clue 7: Oh god, I don’t wanna see Ben Shapiro jump out of the bushes now.
“And when I get these feelings, honey.” The dumbass pundit fascist keeps saying “facts don’t care about your feelings” and then lies about facts.

Clue 8: Baby step back, baby step back, either step up or step back.
“You better keep away from me.” Gordon Lightfoot reference.

Clue 9: A young man now in a private chair, I’ve seen the world through a bitter stare.
“There’s things in life now, baby, that I know that I’ve got to do.” Queensrÿche’s “Best I Can” is about a man determined to make the most of his life.

Clue 10: Ooh, another time another place, another smile on another face.
“And I need your love now, baby, to help me see it through.” So glad Steve left this stupid shit behind.

Clue 11: Legit starting to think this song is about Jack the Ripper.
Continually telling a woman to watch out? Starting to think this is more sinister than one first suspects. What does he gotta do? Gut her?

Clue 12: Clues 1-10 take it line by line but unfortunately the song gets a bit repetitive afterwards.
Memphis.

Clue 13: I guess you could say that this song ignited ‘Arry’s mission.
Steve’s first song.

Just for fun, here is the show after which the Nicko/Steve incident happened. To Tame A Land was played when Steve's bass microphone crashed. So, the band has to play on without Steve, so that's why Dave did the guitar solo and Nicko the drums solo. But, when Steve came back with his bass fixed, the band has to play Hallowed Be Thy Name, but Nicko didn't want to stop his solo. That's how the incident between Nicko and the roadie came to a fight.

My guess is : The Book Of Souls.

Because Guillermo Del Toro is Mexican. And the Tower Of Babel represents the fall of Babylon, so the fall of an Empire. Here, the second clue is linked with the first, so as the Maya (Mexican) Eddie is painted on the artwork of The Book Of Souls, so this is The Book Of Souls. ;)
