Clue #1: London => the song heavily references and is set in London's East End.
Clue #2: 1989 => the year Marillion released a song titled "Hooks in You", which links back to the Charlotte quadrilogy. @KidInTheDark666, you were so close!
Clue #3: Frank Sinatra => starred in a film titled From Here to Eternity.
Clue #4: Taylor Swift => this is a double clue referencing a song titled "22" released on her fourth studio album, Red (this is the fourth clue).
Clue #5: April 26 => release date of "The Number of the Beast" single.
Clue #6: Ariana Grande => another double clue that links back to the Manchester terrorist bombing which occured on May 22nd, and to a song of hers called "Honeymoon Avenue".
Clue #7: "6 Inch" => a Beyoncé song with references to stripping and prostitution.

Oh goodness I was so sure that it was Hooks in You that I didn't even consider the other Charlotte-songs. :D In 1989 Adrian left and HIY has his writing credit so it made perfect sense.
