Something clicked inside when you said "Passion, Pain, Desire and... Trapeze", but it wasn't that magic number from Raising Hell... it was the very first line of the "Love is a razor and I walked the line on that silver blade" and also "Living on a razor's edge. Balancing on a ledge" (relating to trapeze and circus).

Then I remembered "The 7th lamb slain" lyrics relating to "Butchers" and googled the southpark episode and spotted the title Pink Eye "Her eyes red with the slaughter of innocence ".
 
Clue #1: the fix is in.
