The Prisoner?
Winner! :)

Clue #1: Swoosh < the actual name of the Nike sign, a brand whose motto is "Just do it!" = "Do it!" is what Patrick McGoohan told Rod Smallwood when he asked for the permission to use a sample from The Prisoner as an introduction to the song.
Clue #2: Todd LaTorre < current Queensrÿche singer, who happens to be also a drummer = Bruce Dickinson is the one who found the riff of the song on the drums.
Clue #3: "At least take off your Pulitzer Prize when you say that" < a quote from the Simpsons episode "The Computer Wore Menace Shoes" which a parody of the Prisoner.
Clue #4:
H14_Peltier.jpg

= Leonard Peltier, a political prisoner in the US, who has been kept in jail since the late 70's for supposedly killing FBI officers, although no proof of his guilt has ever been produced.
Clue #5: "Rebenga? Rebenga?" < at the beginning of De Palma's Scarface, Manolo frightens a former political leader named Rebenga by calling out his name menacingly, before Tony eventually kills him with a knife = "You'll be afraid when I call out your name"
Clue #6: Jeremy Bentham < a British philosopher who coined the concept of a prison called the Panopticon.
Clue #7: Bark At The Moon < an Ozzy Osbourne album which features the song "Now you see me, now you don't" (which are also lyrics from the Maiden song)
Clue #8:

< Wentworth Miller, the main actor of Prison Break

Hooray hooray hooray hooray.
