The first two clues are to be taken together - so, indeed as pretty much everyone correctly guessed, it is somehow connected with Arthur, with all the people... and when did he reign, exactly?

In the meantime, I'll also say that I've picked a song that I don't love - and one from an era I don't love (i. e. without Janick).
