Chinese instant noodles are the best. I know they are widely regarded as poor man's food but they slowly grew into one of my favorite meals. Can go with pretty much anything. Made it like this for dinner tonight:

I had a pretty big instant noodles phase a few years ago. I think they're great as a late night snack on a cold day.

Noodles are great. The Ramen type are much nicer than Pot Noodle type snacks too.

I hate noodles. They make me physically ill, in fact, I threw up both times I tried them.
