explain your nicks please

This is Spinal Tap is one of my favorite movies of all time. My wife thought Iron Maiden was starring in it and she swears that Nigel Tufnel was played by Bruce Dickinson until the credits rolled and she finally believed I told her the truth that it was actually Christopher Guest. Maybe I should stop bullshitting her alll the time. But then my marriage would get boring.

Ever since I made my nick here, I've used it everywhere I post.  Its my gamer tag on xbox, I use it on a couple of other forums, and it works good on some of the other sites that i visit.  But, nick is a funny word-- i know its short for nickname, but it still makes me laugh... what if you nick is nick, then it seems pretty lame.. unless, of course, you are st nick, then i guess its pretty cool.  but, then, we would have to debate whether or not you are real or fiction, and how some one that is ficitonal could, in fact, post.  And if that is the case, why not have other fictional characters post?  why stop at saints, maybe we could have a few demons post here...tho I can't think of a demon off the top of my head-- wait!!  except for Aahz, from the myth adventures-- who is a pervect, not a pervert-- small distinction, that one.  Of course, in that series, anyone that dimension hops is a demon, but whatever.  Everytime I read those stories, I want a dragon and a war unicorn named 'Buttercup'.
