I just met John Petrucci. He was having a guitar clinic nearby and did a signing afterwards. Got my LTE album signed and talked to him about auditioning for Berklee next year. Very cool guy! Can't wait for the show tonight! :shred:

That's so awesome I can't even

That's awesome! But LTE?

Liquid Tension Experiment. An instrumental prog supergroup formed formed around the FII period featuring Portnoy, Petrucci, Rudess (this was before he joined DT), and an awesome bass player named Tony Levin. I highly recommend both albums; some of my favorite instrumental rock. If nothing else, check out their stellar performance of Rhapsody in Blue:

I've heard of them on here a while ago, but I've never bothered to check them out. I shall do so today. Anyway's, enjoy you're concert!

The concert was awesome, everything that has been said about this tour is true. The setlist is great, JLB is better than ever, you can hear the bass..this will probably be remembered as one of their best tours.
Space Dye Vest also came out much better live than I expected

The Mirror was so great live. It didn't come off as a strong set opener to me when I saw the setlist, but it worked really perfectly, the way they just jumped into it. :rocker:

Yeah that's what I'm excited for, it's such an amazing setlist, but it could have benefited from Bigger Picture.

On the video check out 3:55. Nice guitar overdub. :nonono:

That Boston Opera House footage sounds and looks great to be honest! I love to watch indoor gigs, so much more atmosphere. Maiden need to follow DT in this aspect!

They're not the most entertaining band to watch on stage, but damn they can play. Never had a chance to see em myself though, maybe some day...

The video screens for this tour more than made up for the lack of on stage entertainment. Lots of cool videos this time around. The light show was pretty stellar at times too.

They went and uploaded another video of The Looking Glass, there is definitely a sound improvement. They also fixed the guitar overdub.

I just bought the Breaking the Fourth Wall live album. It kind of seems like a waste of money as the sound quality is very bad. I don't really know how to explain it but the quality, its just meh.

I also bought Score, which sounds amazing.
