"Heaven Can Wait" cannot really be played so late in the set -unfortunately-, especially in the encores, because the roadies would have started packing up by then and having so many exterior people, invited on stage to provide the "oh-ohs", in the middle of it would disturb them. I think this was mentioned quite recently in an interview.

I'll limit myself to 18 songs, which is a likely maximum for an Iron Maiden concert. I'm also more interested in songs that I haven't heard played live in some form or another, or if I have heard them live they weren't very good renditions.

Based on album times I'm probably over the time limit for a normal show. I'm hoping they would shorten some of the songs though. Choruses that repeat 8 times (like in Brighter than 1,000 Suns) can be cut in half.

Caught Somewhere in Time would likely have to be the opening track instead of in the encore... Though, it would be a hell of a surprise for the band to take a 5 minute break, swap the stage set and have that intro kick off. that would be AMAZING
 
I wouldn't mind seeing a set focusing on the bands more recent albums.

Good, well-balanced setlist, but I think it is too soon after the US summer tour of 2010. As far as "history tours" are concerned, I'd rather see something focusing on the 1990-1998 period (especially 1990-1992).
