Theatre of Pain is a wonderful, (for Blind Guardian) exceptional song, because it is restrained and mid tempo with captivating passages. Great leads (what a great build-up starting with that solo!) and cool rhythm guitars. Hansi is stunning, especially when he gives it all in the couplets such as with these outbursts:

Now I'm gone
And it seems that life had never existed
Catchy and very melodic!

Definitely a top 2 song from Somewhere Far Beyond and imo a contender for the total top 10.

I also think Mordred's Song has too many votes in this phase. That guitar melody is excellent (stays in your head) and I like this combination of rhythm and tempo, also a bit unusual for Blind Guardian. The use of acoustic guitars works fine and there is strong atmosphere.
 
With the exception of Holy War, I felt the quality was generally higher towards the lower half of this list

Nightfall in Middle Earth has joined the battle. One thing you might notice is that none of the intros / interludes / outros are in the poll. This is because there are literally tons of them, and all of them in previous games have died immediately anyway. So in order to speed the game along a little bit, I've taken the liberty of not adding them to the game.

I'd much rather have Time What is Time there, Although the title track is definitely the best song on the album.
 
What am I missing in When Sorrow Sang? I thought it was clearly one of the lesser Nightfall tracks.
