Soundgarden in the first battle.
The second battle was almost impossible to choose, but I went with Foo Fighters based on the nostalgia factor. The Rammstein video is still quite amazing, though.

Battles 1 and 2 have ended!
Dire Straits - Money for Nothing (9 votes), goes through to Round 3, Soundgarden - Black Hole Sun (6 votes) is eliminated.
Battle 2 produced a slight surprise: Rammstein - Ich Will (8) goes through to Round 3, while Everlong (7), which polled 14 votes in Round 1, is eliminated.
I'm going to put up three battles next, to move the game along a bit quicker.

Battles 3-5 are over. The glorious victors are: Korn (7 votes), Peter Gabriel (9 votes) and Beastie Boys (8 votes). Meanwhile, Maiden's final remaining video exits the game in a puff of Holy Smoke (6 votes), Evanescence aren't fooling anybody with 3 votes, and Metallica....disappear (5 votes).
