I'm not pity voting for Devin, he's genuinely the best and most versatile vocalist in this group. And also by far the best musician.
Then comes Dio obviouly, who is one of the greats, but far from the deity everyone makes him out to be.
Daltrey is 3rd best, and would probably win in some other groups. He has unmatched longetivity.
Gahan is good at what he does, but doesn't stand a chance here.

Argh. I so want to support Doogie White, who I was extremely impressed with live, but you put Barlow in this group! Doogie has a much more powerful voice and great range than this recording would lead you to believe. He belts 'em out.

Yeah you might want to re-evaluate this statement.
Versatility.
Travis Ryan is the most versatile vocalist I can think of, he can pretty much pull off any technique of singing or growling or grunting. Anything. And he does in that song.
Nergal also does non-metal stuff:
Glad to see you separate "singing" from "growling".
I find your constant scorn over metal you don't like very sad, as it reminds me of how people who hate metal talk about metal.
