Huh... I was convinced I wrote a review.

Anyway.

Squire vs. Lee - Geddy Lee all the fucking way. I respect Squire but, again, I really can't get into Yes.

Geezer vs. Myung - Myung is worthy of the 3rd place he's probably gonna get, but Geezer's influence is unmatched. Just on first 4 Black Sabbath albums Geezer has more memorable riffs than Myung in his entire career.

This is a perfect and incredibly difficult finale. I think Geddy is ultimately a more technical, skilled player, but Geezer’s role within the band is so perfect. Geddy is a dynamic force, but I don’t think it’s solely for his bass playing.

I can’t vote yet.
 
I was always wowed by the intricate bassline in The Big Money AND Geddy’s ability to sing over it flawlessly. This was a hallmark of 80s Rush: accessible tunes with really challenging instrumental parts that didn’t detract from the song. Masterfully crafted.
